Problem Statement: Businesses need to stay in touch with their customers to ensure that they are happy with the services that are being offered. The requirement was for an estate management company to keep on top of their customer complaints to ensure that the customer gets timely assistance.

Success Criteria: A centralized solution that helps a business meet their target SLA (Service Level Agreements) and keep their customers happy.

Solution:

  • A centralized web based call management solution to get reports on how many calls were resolved within the SLA. The solution will also notify the ground staff about the newly raised calls.
  • An Android app that once registered, allows it’s users to raise a call in just two simple clicks.
